Dr. Stephanie Merrick, PhD. DTM

Dr. Merrick received her doctoral degree from Walden University with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change. She received her bachelor’s from Georgia State University in Human Resources Development and her Master’s at Troy State University in Human Resources Management.  Dr. Merrick is a Certified Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, and Owner of Solutions Always Simple (SAS) Consulting and Training, an organization dedicated to empowering, encouraging, and motivating individuals and businesses to achieve success; her motto and 21st Century philosophy. She has a passion for developing and delivering workshops that are engaging, interactive, and getting positive results. 

 

Dr. Merrick is co-founder and member of the Society for Collaborative International Leaders (SCIL) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) local and national chapter. She serves on the Board of Directors of SCIL professional organization. Dr. Merrick has served on the Board of Directors in the ASTD Atlanta chapter and past chair of the Organizational Development, Special Interest Group (SIG). She also volunteers with Dress for Success Atlanta, Inc. as a Career Development Coach.

Angelica Wheeler-Flowers
 

Angelica received her Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. She is the Human Resources Manager in a private corporation. She conducts employee relations investigations, as well as providing coaching and guidance on policies and procedures. Angelica's role helps develop leaders, boost employee morale, and promote a hostile free work environment. 


 Human Resource is her passion; because she enjoys influencing people without authority and loves coaching leaders on how to address conflict. She is a champion for diversity and inclusion. She trains and facilitates discussion for managers on how to deal with legal and unethical issues. Angelica believes it is essential for team members and managers to understand that your organization has a zero-tolerance for combative or disruptive behavior, but it requires the efforts of everyone.

Dr. Reverend Wilhelmenia D. DeVone-Harvey 
 

Dr. DeVone- Harvey is the Senior Pastor of Ridge Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church located in Hampton, Georgia, six years. She works full-time as a Senior Staff Attorney/Advisor.  Also, Dr. DeVone- Harvey has served as a former Deputy Ethics Counselor with the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review of the Social Security Administration. With the responsibility to ensure the compliance of federal requirements by administrative law judges in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Also,  she served as an Adjunct Professor teaching law at Point University.  Dr. Devone-Harvey was honored as an Outstanding Federal Employee of the Year in 2014. She has a decorated career in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, having served in Georgia and Europe. She worked her way up the ranks from a Private First Class and retired in 2013 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.


Dr. DeVone- Harvey is listed in “Who’s Who Among American Law Students,” and graduated in the top one-third of her class, receiving her Juris Doctorate in May 1990.  She received the distinguished United States Law Week Award for academic achievement.  Dr. DeVone- Harvey completed the bar examination before completion of law school and was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in July 1990.  She is a 2012 Honor Graduate of the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia, with a Master of Divinity degree.
