When women recognize leadership in themselves, representing their colleagues, and all women in the community, we can promote and reinforce positive engagement.
As women leaders, we have to understand when focusing on engagement, the dilemma for many of you as leaders, you may not want to share your expertise or experiences to help other women leaders coaching, the training resources, using next working vehicle to support one another.
To be successful, it's imperative that as leaders we create a culture of Empowerment- Encouragement- Engagement- within the Sisterhood.
